The Cambridge/Somerville Speculative Fiction Writers Group (or CamberSpec for short) is for everyone writing speculative fiction: fantasy, science fiction, steampunk, alternate history, magical realism, horror ... any sort of fiction that takes the 'real' world and adds a little twist. Please note that this group is not meant to be exclusionary. It is simply meant as a way to encourage people from the african diaspora to travel together and experience destinations other than the usual ones (e.g., Caribbean islands, Cancun, USA, etc.). This is a group for people to experience board games like they've never seen before. Not like Monopoly or those other games you played as a kid.
